Current Teacher Training programmes are focusing on putting Teachers to the student’s point of view by showing them through new approaches taught in a classroom.

One of the most important aspects of Teacher Training programme is to assess whether the teacher is being able to transfer and implement the training they receive in a classroom.

This can only be accomplished through follow-up assessments & continuous feedback, which can help facilitators understand what works and what does not work, and thereby improve upon their training methodologies and content. Thus, Teacher Training Programmes should be constantly upgraded and improved with the given standards & policies.

Developing good Teacher Training Programme is the key to shape the country’s future, as they are better prepared to help students to achieve the desired learning outcomes, despite their diverse learning styles. Keeping this in mind, the Government of India has announced several initiatives to provide training to Teachers.

However, modern-day Teacher training programmes are slowly exploring the idea of dynamic, self-paced learning that allows teachers to gain certifications through a combination of in-person and online classes, assessments and group activities.
